Currently every Enterprise customer can access the Priority Events Dashboard as a value-added service. We are working on providing the new dashboard as it’s own stand-alone product so SOC’s can benefit from the instant alarm service and new AMS-specific features.
The Dashboard runs on a rolling 1 hour cycle, meaning alarms, and recent alarm restorals, will be displayed to the operator for no more than 60 mins.
Not right now. We are working hard to create the framework and functionality of an SOP, with customisation available by Q3 2022.
As the Priority Events Dashboard is linked to Enterprise, you can access full alarm logs for individual sites and export up to 4 weeks of data. We are working on SOC-specific tools within the dashboard to cater for this.
